Oranges, Strawerries, Tangerines, Carrots, Apricots, Watermelon, Apples
All of the above have far more calories than you burn digesting them. Very untrue.

After digging a bit more I found this article http://weightlossinternational.com/newsletter/free-list-of-negative-calorie-foods.html
It might after all seem a bit too good to be true. But to be honest I can’t find one thing wrong with any food on this list. They are fruits and veggies for gods sake. Negative calorie or not we all could use more of them in our diet. Allot more!

Do not believe this for a second. There is no such thing as a negative-calorie food.

Better yet, go to that bootstrapper reference that the author of this blog included; and scroll down to see comments and links from those posters… a lot of solid research and data to show you that this is a MYTH.
Hey, the fruits and vegetables on this list are good foods, so eat them, but don’t go thinking that you should over-consume celery to “eat up” the calories from a chocolate bar.

I really like this blog… Just some info for some of the other readers who are serious about losing weight. I used the Fatlossity System and I can definitely recommend it. I lost 18lbs in 6 weeks and am still going strong… fatlossity.com

Hi all great information here and good thread to comment on.
Can I ask though - how did you get this picked up and into google news?
Very impressive that this blog is syndicated through Google and is it something that is just up to Google or you actively created?
Obviously this is a popular blog with great data so well done on your seo success..

Maybe some of the vegtables such as celery and lettuce. Most of the others no. My friend is really into fitness and has a personal trainer, shes not even allowed to eat carrots as a snack because of the ‘high’ sugar content (ya very strict very planned out diet, even her fruits and veggies are monitored), so think about some of the fruits.
The chilli peppers also maybe because they have other effects on the body

LOL, I cannot believe this myth is still garnering attention. Though this is the internet, where pervasive untruths do not die. They just get spread around like a rash.
Let me guess, the next entry will be about how eating pineapple dissolves the fat in your body because of the enzymes?
