When I started on my quest for fitness I started first with my toughest issue. I loved to eat. Meals were large and most of the time a second or third helping of food would find its way to my plate. My beverage of choice was Coke. At one point I was up to three 44oz cups a day. It was the hardest part of getting fit that I have had to go through. To be honest it remains the hardest thing. If you have had or are currently having the same problem as I did, I suggest reading the following post about this very subject.

3 Responses for "Overeating"
Just went to the grocery store and had a hard time passing by the cinnamon rolls, you know the ones in the tubes that you un-roll and bake in the oven. Well after spending 10 min. reading all the lables to figure out wich one i could justify stuffing in my pie hole, i walked away. So was it a waste of time or do i just know alot about the nutritional content of all the Pillsbury cinnamon roll options? Dont know, but the point i guess i’m trying to make is i struggle with eating every damn day. Not because i have some deep seeded emotional scar from my past, but because it just TASTES GOOD! So i just keep on trying to make the right choices and after a while it does become a habit to eat healthy. Sorry about the rant move it if you have to admin.
My weakness is beer. So many varieties from so many locations.
My problem is starting out great and even losing a few pounds when all of a sudden I get the feeling to really over eat. Sometimes to the point of feeling ill. 3 days later I’m back working out again, but now I just reversed all the good I did.
